I love dessert.
But the problem with desserts is that it takes a long time to make and is potentially unhealthy.
This very easy dish is so easy to make and tastes so good that at times it feels like I'm cheating fast.
I used frozen fruits (the 2 kg of the naturally imperfect NoName bag), which doesn't need washing, peeling, or cutting. saving much precious time for prayer.
You can, of course, use fresh fruit, just skip the microwave.
Add together the frozen fruit
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Add the flaxseed and coconut flour and mix together.
You could also try adding some honey on top if preferred.
